At BeautifulWigs, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
✔️ Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging (including tags and protective nets).
✔️ The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ Custom wigs, final sale items, and used wigs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Receive Approval – Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back – Return the product to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4️⃣ Get a Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different color, length, or size (if available).
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
